Our English hogget’s provide fantastic meat. Matured longer (11 – 24 months) than traditional Lamb (3-10 months), the resulting meat is physically larger and more flavoursome. Cooking the chops together in a rack (up to 7 chops) keeps the joint juicy and tender. For the ultimate table display, 2 Racks of Lamb can be joined together to create a ‘Guard of Honour’ serving 6-7 adults. Prepared chined so no sawing is required!
