Our English hogget’s provide fantastic meat. Matured longer (11 – 24 months) than traditional Lamb (3-10 months), the resulting meat is physically larger and more flavoursome. A full leg joint is traditionally left on the bone for cooking. However, we can remove the bone leaving an easy to carve joint or alternatively a cavity to receive your festive stuffing.
