Our pheasants are sourced from local game shoots. The meat of a wild pheasant has a delightfully rich gamey flavour and is tender and juicy. Pheasant is not as overpowering as other game meats and works excellently in a variety of dishes, such as curry’s, stews or just a classic Sunday roast.

One pheasant serves 1-2 people.
